Before You Begin
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Take a slow, steady breath.
Say softly:
“I am safe to see my worth now.”

Repeat 3 times:
“Even though part of me struggles to feel worthy, I’m open to believing I was never unworthy.
Even though old experiences made me question my value, I choose to honor myself today.
Even though I’ve carried these doubts for so long, I am learning to remember who I truly am.”
Eyebrow:
“Some part of me fears I’m not enough...”
Side of Eye:
“These old beliefs still echo inside of me...”
Under Eye:
“I’ve carried them for so long, they felt like the truth...”
Under Nose:
“But they were never my truth...”

“I’m releasing the old stories others placed on me...”

“I’m allowed to matter...”

“My worth is not based on perfection...”
Chin:
“My worth is not based on what others could or couldn’t give me...”

“My worth is not based on my past...”
Under Arm:
“I was always worthy...”
Top of Head:
“And I choose to remember that now.”
