Before You Begin
Place your hand gently on your heart.
Take a slow breath that expands your belly.
Say softly:
“I am safe to let go.”
Karate Chop (Side of Hand)
Repeat 3 times:
“Even though part of me is still holding on, I honor myself for surviving.
Even though releasing is hard, I am open to freeing my heart.
Even though letting go feels unfamiliar, I choose to trust myself.”
Round One — Acknowledging the Weight
Eyebrow:
“This is hard to let go of...”
Side of Eye:
“Part of me still feels connected to it...”
Under Eye:
“Part of me is afraid of what comes after...”
Under Nose:
“It feels safer to hold on to what I know...”
Chin:
“But holding on is hurting me...”
Collarbone:
“I’ve carried this for so long...”
Under Arm:
“I don’t need to keep carrying it...”

Top of Head:
“I’m ready to soften my grip.”
Round Two — Releasing
Eyebrow:
“I release the pain...”
Side of Eye:
“I release the attachment...”
Under Eye:
“I release the old story...”
Under Nose:
“I release what isn’t mine to hold anymore...”
Chin:
“I’m letting my heart breathe again...”
Collarbone:
“It’s safe to let this go...”
Under Arm:
“It’s safe to move forward...”
Top of Head:
“I am releasing with love.”

Round Three — Opening to New Space
Eyebrow:
“I’m creating space for peace...”
Side of Eye:
“I’m creating space for healing...”
Under Eye:
“I’m creating space for who I’m becoming...”

Under Nose:
“I’m choosing myself...”
Chin:
“I’m choosing freedom...”
Collarbone:
“I am open to what’s meant for me...”
Under Arm:
“I am becoming lighter...”
Top of Head:
“I choose release. I choose renewal.”
Closing Affirmation
Place your hands on your heart and belly:
“I am letting go now.
I am free to move forward.
I choose peace, healing, and a future that aligns with my worth.”
