Before You Begin Take a slow breath. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Say silently: “I am safe to be here with myself.”

Karate Chop (Side of Hand) Repeat 3 “Even though this emotional trigger feels overwhelming, I choose to stay present with myself. Even though my body feels activated, I honor how deeply I’ve been carrying this. I am open to feeling grounded and supported right now.”

* Eyebrow “This emotional trigger feels intense.”

*Side of Eye “My body is reacting fast.”

*Under Eye “It feels like old pain waking up.”

*Under Nose “Part of me feels scared or unsafe.”

*Chin “I honor that this reaction comes from past hurt.”

*Collarbone “My body is trying to protect me.”

*Under Arm “It makes sense I feel this way.”

*Top of Head “I’m here with myself. I’m not alone.”

Round 2 — Understanding the Trigger

*Eyebrow “This trigger is reminding me of old emotional wounds.”

*Side of Eye “My reaction isn’t wrong or bad.”

*Under Eye “It’s a sign of where I still need softness and support.”

*Under Nose “I don’t have to judge myself for how I feel.”

*Chin “I’ve been doing the best I could with what I had.”

*Collarbone “This moment is an opportunity to heal.”

*Under Arm “I can learn from this.”

*Top of Head “I’m ready to release what isn’t mine to carry anymore.”

Round 3 — Releasing & Reclaiming Power

*Eyebrow “I release the emotional intensity.”

*Side of Eye “I release the fear.”

*Under Nose “I release the old story that no longer fits who I am.”

*Chin “I reclaim my inner peace.”
