Before You Begin
Your inner child is not a past version of you- they are a living emotional imprint withing your energy field.
They hold:
*unmet needs
*old fears
*memories of abandonment
*the longing to be chosen, loved, and kept safe.
This ritual reopens the pathway between your adult self and your inner child, allowing emotional repair, safety, and unconditional love to finally land.
Choose a quiet space. Light a candle if you'd like.
Place a pillow or soft object in front of your- this represents your inner child sitting with you.
Take a slow breath. Think or say out loud: " I am here for you. I see you. I feel you. I am here to support you in being seen and heard."
