Heart Release Breathwork Ritual
A gentle breath practice to release emotional pain and reopen your heart to peace,
clarity, and love.
Step 1:
Settle Into Your Heart Space
Place one hand over your heart and one on your belly. Inhale slowly and whisper: “I’m
here. I’m listening.”
Step 2:
Heart Recognition Breath
Inhale for 4 seconds into your heart. Hold for 2 and say: “I honor you.” Exhale for 6
seconds, releasing tension. Repeat 3 times.
Step 3:
Identify the Heart Pain
Ask your heart: “What are you holding?” Let the feeling appear as a color, sensation,
memory, or weight. Say: “Thank you for holding this. I’m ready to let you go.”
Step 4:
Release Through Soundless Breath
Inhale deeply. Exhale without sound, imagining the pain leaving as colored mist.
Repeat for 5 slow breaths.
Step 5:
Heart Expansion Breath
Inhale and envision your heart expanding with soft glowing light. On each exhale, old
heaviness dissolves. Repeat 3 breaths.
