Chakra Clearing Mini-Practice


A gentle, fast, whole-body reset to calm your energy, clear stagnation, and reconnect
you to your inner balance.
Before You Begin
This short practice helps release emotional buildup, stress, and energy you’ve
absorbed throughout the day. It grounds your body, clears your chakras, restores your
life force, and brings you back to yourself with clarity and peace.
Step 1: Ground Into the Earth
Close your eyes and breathe slowly. Imagine strong roots growing from your feet,
wrapping around your legs, and reaching deep into the Earth. Affirm: “I am grounded. I
am supported. I am safe.”
Step 2: Activate Your Energy (Hand Warm-Up)
Rub your palms together quickly until you feel heat. Imagine a soft glow forming
between your hands, awakening your natural healing energy.
Step 3: Full-Body Energy Sweep
Hold your hands above your head and sweep them down the length of your
body—over your face, throat, chest, belly, legs, and feet.

Imagine brushing away stress, emotions, and other people’s energy.

At the bottom, flick your hands outward and say: “I release what is not mine.” Repeat 2–3 times.

Step 4: Clear Each Chakra With Light Visualize a column of healing light entering through your crown and moving down each chakra—crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root. See the light dissolving tension and restoring balance.

Step 5: Release to the Universe Imagine any remaining heaviness rising from your aura like smoke. See it dissolve into the sky. Affirm: “What I release is transformed into positive healing energy.”

Step 6: Refill With Healing Light Imagine golden light pouring down from above, filling your aura, chakras, body, mind, and heart. Let it soften you and restore you.

Affirm: “I call my energy back. I am restored. I am whole.”
